The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulates ActiveTrade. The broker is also registered with other agencies in the EU who regulate the operations of online trading companies.
This broker also works under the regulations of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme to ensure that all ActiveTrades clients are protected as they trade on the platform
